Once again, Congress is wasting my, and yours, tax dollars and time, investigating steroids in baseball.  Where in the constitution is the regulation of major league baseball listed as one of Congress' responsibilities?  I'm going to write a letter to my Senators and representative asking this question and demanding that they move on to actual important governmental business.

25% of British think that Winston Churchill never existed. This is an example of how far Western society has slipped.  Our young people are woefully uneducated in matters of history and civics.  Real heroes of yesteryear are relegated to the status of fictional characters while in some cases, fictional characters such as Sherlock Holmes are thought to have been real.

Just the other day, a local radio talk show host opened his show with a claim that he was about to read from the U.S. Constitution.  He began, "When in the course of human events...".  That's not the Constitution.  That's the declaration of independance.  I can't help but wonder how many of his listeners failed to pick up on that fact and of the ones that did, how many actually know the difference?
