If the original purchaser owed 80k, and the bank was only able to get 30k at the auction, they’ll come after the original purchaser for the remaining 50k. This lady will end up having to make payments to both the new purchaser as well as the bank. I hope they’re able to work it out so that she can afford the payments. --
